First the good stuff, because I know you are dying to know. So here are the highlights:

* Possibly one new 5 man before next expansion.
* KTM and Deadly Boss Mods built into game.
* Ideas for an Item Rack functionality that has extra storage space for alternate sets of gear.
* New 25 man before expansion that is higher level/better gear than Black Temple. It was hinted, but not confirmed that this could be related to Sunwell and Northrend.
* Naxxramas could be redone as an introductory raid dungeon for Northrend to allow those who didn't get to see the fight a chance to see the fight.
* Horde will be getting fear ward.
* Healing Priest raid vitality is being looked at.
* Possible guild based attunement or account based attunments.

yeah, not to sure that HORDE GET FREE FEARWARD is such a smart idea on blizzs part, because as said by odale, horde are like 75% UD anyhow...but then again you might have that dev. that plays troll mage, and there for needs to implement this...

The smartest way for Blizzard to enable fear ward for the horde is to allow priests the ability to choose two "priest racials" out of the pool of all the racials available. That way, every priest will have fear ward and devouring plague.

I also agree that alliance should get an entire race with a Will of the foresaken equal.

But then, who ever said blizzard was smart.
