My cousin is a doctor in Houston. I was amazed to hear that there was no rain and the sun was shining brightly!!! Sounds like miraculous answered prayer to me! DV, your new preacher is coming to speak at our church next month. I know you will love him!

I am doing well, thank you Gen! I must be honest, there were moments that were frightening; I don't recall seeing winds that high in my part of Texas. The storm turned eastward, therefore sparing us what was expected.
I am about 8 hours from DV, but I have heard wonderful things about Johnny Pope and I would gladly make the trip to take DV to church! Unfortunately, this thread seems to be eluding him! Alas, I think what we have here is a "jail house" confession!
