It is a little bit dated but resent enough for most buildings to be there.
Gamma World
This gamma is for SinglePlayer, I zipped it up and added a readme.txt to help with the install. You will need something that can unpack a .zip file.
 
I downloaded it, loaded it up...and saw a huge vacant area where my house is. I laughed a bit at how much I changed in such a short time. The game is an oddly addictive time sink.
