Rocket Boots: This skill is no longer usable underwater. This is a temporary change until we can figure out why players can launch themselves into the sky using this skill.

I laughed at this one. I kinda wished I was starting with my engineer to have tried this trick before they blocked it.

And speaking of launching you into the air...I wish they'd get the cannon fixed in the Diessa Plateau - the one that shoots you to the Vista Point on top of the tower. It has been down for four days now.
