It is not just you - they must be swamped with people trying to get the new storage tab. It is available until May 31. I think I will try later (he said after repeated tries).

Yea, I've tried off and on today. Nothin. I wouldn't be surprised if they extend the dead-line to compensate. I'm not worried about it, we have a week.

try on non-peak hours, I found it worked much better mid to late morning today.

I tried all day - couldn't get all the way through - until it finally said the site was closed for maintenance. So I tried at 4:00 this morning after I got in from the street BBQ and everything went through fine.

Off peak is the ticket.
