again, if your monitor doesn't support 1900x1200 you'll need to repositon things.
For eePanels, select the panel using the fuBar applet or the ace2 configuration screen and set the locations of each panel to something like 0,0 so they're all in a place you can grab and move around
For bartender, go into the Profile menu item and select "copy from existing" and pick "Zayphod" - that will size them, apply effects and move them into where i had them (you need to do this step whether you have the same monitor size or not). You can then adjust each bar manually using bartender's ui ( /bt) to get them to the middle of your screen and move them into the little areas.
For omen...do the same thing with profiles that was done for bartender but from Omen's profile menu.
If for some reason you don't see the little black areas that "house" the buttons at the bottom, go to eePanels and every panel from PlayerCastBar on down...select strata, then medium.
Should get you there.
And be warned...some is a mix from wowinterface and some is curse...and curse's are old on occasion so don't let the autoupdater hit things necessarily - scrolling combat text is a good example.
