Hopefully I can get a sticky on this!

I'm hoping to step up our guild bank program to the next level with a little more organization. This is a list of items we are accepting as donations to the guild materials bank. While other items will be accepted, they will likely be sent to the guild grab bag, or sold for cash to buy rare items needed while crafting. Be sure to read the guidelines below the list! Also, please keep in mind any materials donated will be sent to a separate guild bank set up to hold all these materials. Please continue to use the Redeemed Guild Bank as normal!

~ Donating items is strictly voluntary. Those that donate will not get any preferential treatment, and I do not keep track of donations in any way.
~ Upon donation, you will lose any rights to the materials donated. If a mistake was made, I will do my best to return your items/gold.
~ Any items donated will be given back to the guild in one way or another. I will not profit in any way from running this program.
~ Your raw materials will be used at our discretion to create items we believe the guild can use.
~ Any gold donated will go toward purchasing rare items necessary to craft. Sometimes we will be short on items, sometimes we just need that one rare item in order to craft you something nice. All gold will be stored in the guild bank, and I will be keeping none of it for myself.
~ The primary function of this program is first to supplement gear upgrades. Enchants, gems, spellthreads, etc will only be given to appropriate items (for instance, I'm not likely to hand out a Runed Cardinal Ruby for you to put into your level 78 blue robe, since you'll be replacing it soon).
~ The secondary function of this program is to make craftable blues and epics for new 80s, in an effort to get them up to speed on gear and raiding. This will be done more or less frequently, depending on how many donations come in. Most likely less frequently, since you can get T9 from running heroics now.

I'll keep updating the list in case I forgot anything, or if we decide to add anything further.

This program is to make it easier and cheaper for guild members to upgrade. Obviously, every gem and every glyph cannot be stocked. I'd like you to send me a list of the best glyphs and gems for your class/spec, and we will stock the most popular. We currently have many glyphs clogging up the bank and we need to narrow them down.

I'll start it off with my personal preferences:

i can help with flasks as i proc good on goodwone and other alchemy needs

can help with gem cutting needs / gem transmutes

cam help cook fish feasts
 
I r enchanter so i could like try to put some enchanting scrolls that people need in there? (as long as they are within budget) :p

Im a tailor too so...Whatever people need i guess
 
This post makes me wonder. Are there any outside of game tools available to track your known recipe's in game?

I have lvl 408 enchanting and 450 Elixer master available (Transmutes). Enchanting velums would help me level and provide a usefull service to the guild.
 
Chalice has most jewelcrafting recipies (missing melee ones mainly), and inscriptions. Goblit has all alchemy recipies and is transmute specced. Just let me know if you need stuff. I'm always willing to help.

You would actually be using the materials donated by the guild members. There shouldn't be any personal expense to you. I would collect donated items into a separate guild bank, (guild's name is <Left of Center>), you would then have an alt in that guild with access to the guild bank. You'd take whatever materials are in there and make stuff with them, and put the results back in the bank for distribution to the guild.

You are, of course, still able to donate any finished product of your own, but that is not required. I simply need the people with the skills to turn the donated materials into finished product!

A list of what finished products we are looking for is forthcoming. I'd like to narrow down the gems and glyphs as much as possible so we aren't wasting our resources on useless ones.
 
Thanks for all the responses! When the list is complete, I'll have everything we intend to stock listed out, along with the people responsible for stocking that item.
 
balde can help with frostweave bags too. as the recruiter i am usually needing those to give to new folks in guild...i many times just give them a 16 slot bag at first and later get them bigger bags when needed. i also seem to always have lots of mats for alch when needed. way to go flame. well done!
 
I don't have good enough gear for ICC yet, but I can help with enchanting needs. I have 450 and I have or can get any vendor or trainer recipes.
 
Flame I'm also leveling chanting and I'm around 410.. There's a lot of really useful chants between 375-410 that I'm happy to put in scroll from.. I'll hit you up in game..

I'm also a 450 alchemist, but I'm not elixir spec anymore, so Goodwone is probably a better choice for that

What spec are you? I'm xmute, but we can use more! If you're potion, we can always use....health and mana pots....I guess........
