As a general rule, everyone in a good MC raid needs to have 200 fire resist. This is the secret to Molten Core for otherwise you just wear your healers out. It is also crucial that the MT has 300 FR for the bigger boss fights and for him to gain and keep aggro, and for others not to take aggro (both casters and healers).
