mostly because the admin doesnt track what vulnerabilities their are...

such as disabling executables in the /tmp directory to prevent upload/execution

Yes, well, outages do happen. -_- The CGA server transfer was moved up a day because hescominsoon got called into work, and the ToJ site went down because our web host corrupted the tables. I think it's the first time ever that both the ToJ site and CGA forums were down.
