Just like to say - was browsing for a game review and came across your site for the 1st time and I am quite frankly, impressed! You certainly are spreading the Good News into another area I previously thought untouched! The game Messiah didn't cut it and you have taken it more than one step further!

May God bless you all and keep up the good work - you are in my prayers!

I am a web designer and am currently redoing my churches domain - i shall seek permission to link to you as we have quite a number of young Christians with us (if I game then they will to!)

yes ccgr.org
the forum is also something i shall recommend - please tell me - how long has this been setup - i find it hard to believe i've never found it before!

CCGR was started about 3 years ago but that was under a 20m domain. CCGR got it's own domain a year later and took off from that. I'm not too familiar with the history of CGA we thought it was a good idea to merge the forums a while back...forget how long!

CCGR merged forums with CGA about a year ago now. And yes, they are a real asset to the gaming and Christian community

The history of CGA (Christian Gamers Alliance) is likely better off told by our humble co-founder Tek7. But, if you read through the posts in News and Announcements, General Discusion and in the Tribe of Judah: Warcraft III forums, there is currently alot of reminiscing going on.

So you might be able to piece our history from that as well.

The unique thing about CGA is that we are a community of Gamers. There is a network of support for both the Gamer in you and the Christian you are.

As you look around the forums, you will notice that there are all kinds support groups. There are clans that the youth can join in almost every genre of game available and parents can rest easy knowing that they are amongst peers and fellow christians.

And I think there are going to be a lot of really cool changes happening soon around here, I can feel it in my spirit.

which reminds me...I have to do something.

Welcome and God Bless.

Ahh, yes, the history of the Christian Gamers Alliance. That reminds me that I have a document somewhere on my hard drive with specific dates of Tribe of Judah history. But the problem is tracking it down. >_<

The basic rundown is this: Jammer, leader of the former Seven Seals, and I wanted to build a single home for all Christian gamers, regardless of what clan or fellowship they belong to. He took the lead in the project while I did what I could to help, including shutting down the old ToJ forums (which originally resided on our web space) and moving them to the CGA shared forums.
