when you get faction points to unlock skills from the priest of bathazar does that unlock it for all characters on the account? Ifso can you use a pvp only character to farm that faction?

Yes and Yes. But you still have to buy the skill from a skill trainer in PvE, or use a Tome. Also, heroes on any character will be able to use that skill as well. Even if they are level 5 and its an elite skill. There are many times where my heroes are better than me because of this.

So to clarify, if i play a pvp only character and get faction to unlock some skills and elites i can then go to my rp character use tomes and get those skills?
