Exalted with Exodar on live is possible.

While I am no where near exalted with Exodar, I am moving nicely through friendly, and now I know why. Thanks Angie!

about 1500 rep away from Revered myself although i seem to cash in 100-200 rep points an av lately only at most.
 
Also, there will be Draenai vendors thrown into the world. Having higher faction with them will give you the price break on anything you buy from them. Not a huge deal, but always nice to save coin where you can.
