Subject: Armored Netherdrake
Are those people that are going to be getting the armored netherdrakes from being top .5% in the arena going to have to train the epic riding skill to be able to ride these beasts?

Everyone has a cost to pay for epic riding skill, even the Druids with their epic flight form.
