It's not just from the left. I remember similar cases under Bush. The problem is the elitist attitude that our government officials have. They think they are above everyone instead of being there to serve.
A recent Dallas Commissioner told some speakers "All you are white. Go to h..."
What's sad is he will probably get re-elected because nobody seems to care anymore. As long as they can live their lives and not be disturbed they are happy.
