With all the commercialization, I don't think it is possible to forget Mother's Day! A hug, kiss and an, "I love you," mean more than anything else ever could. Also, remember there are the Mother-in-laws, grand mothers, Spiritual mom's, a wife that cares for her husband like a loving mother would, new brides who wish to someday be mother's... I pray that you will spoil them all rotten today.
I read in a ladies magazine about a present a daughter had given her Mom for her birthday. It was a plain jar with 52 pieces of paper tied with ribbon, on each of those were things that she admired, or remembered about her mother, one for each week of the year. I think this would make a beautiful Mother's Day gift that she would never forget.
Her children shall arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her. Proverbs 31:28
