I'm sick and tired of this fight, you guys have got to put some more effort into to it. I can't be the only person memorizing my instructions, its unfair.

Mages seem to be having problems keeping their targets sheeped? Why, do you not understand that you have to sheep it over and over and over again until your target is next on the kill list. I don't want your DPS until after your target is dead.

Priests, if it would help, remove all heals greater then 1.5 seconds from your action bar and replace them with decreasing ranks of flash heal. Keep renew on your tank at all times.

I can see when people die or when they are out of mana, telling me over vent is only going to put me into an information overload mode, and like most people, I simply shut down and that is not good. I don't want to have to globally mute everybody, but I will if it helps me.

Seriously guys, if we can't get past domo week in and week out, strike your dreams of seeing any end game past Sulfuron. If you can't pull your A game in these raids the two days a week we are raiding, then raiding is not for you.

To come to MC you are expected to have certain gear requirements, if you aren't working on meeting them week in and week out, I'm sorry, I'll replace you. MC is not for free epics on the shoulders of a few putting in the effort. If you are not putting in the effort outside of MC to help the raid by gearing yourself up, don't expect the raid to be their to get you epic gear.

And please, stop expecting the raid leaders to run every instance with you to get your blue gear. Thats unfair for us as well. I ran PuGs for months on end to get full devout and DM gear before I started MC last October.

Another thing, I'm not sending any Team Eternity member back into MC when Fallen takes down Domo or Rag because we can't do it. Really, that should be embarrasing.
 
These are harsh words, but true words. For those who dont invest the time to get decent gear to raid in, and that help the raid wipe faster instead of staying alive longer - they should be replaced. It isnt fair for the people who did gear up before the raids and for the people who regularly show up. The raid leaders have been very benevolent up until this point and the gear insufficiency hasnt shown itself until now. In other guilds the raid leaders are never this nice and giving. The team has been trying this encounter for the past 2 months, it is time they enforced some rules... It is for the best of the raid.

I'm seriously considering cancelling Saturday raids due to the lack of interest as shown by lack of people signing up.
 
If anyone wants theres a few of us that regularly run instas, mostly the plaguelands instances but also others too. Im also working on a warlock trying to help us out and will be farming the lower instas as much as possible, ZF now, BRD, ST etc as soon as possible(hes almost 52 now).
 
Harsh but I agree. It is getting a bit ridiculous that we cannot kill Domo, we know the strategy(or do we?), but we do not have everyone as geared as they could/should be, attendance is poor at times as we have seen tonight, and general full out effort is lackluster? I felt the calling out of the next target to go to was a little weak for Domo, so I took it upon myself to do it nice and loud, and I think it worked well for the group, as we did a great 2nd attempt, only 3 adds left with the 3rd at 2% and that's great considering we only had 33 or 34 people in the raid.

I'm sure everyone else is getting tired of wiping on this fight too, we seriously need to step up our game and give all our attention to it.

We can defeat Domo and Rag. We can and we will.
 
Thanks Aves:) He was my main until L44 when I got Lara into WoW so I made the rogue to help her quest/grind and we both got hooked, made a good combo so Where ended up 60 and the lock got dusty hehe. Trying to relearn how to play him to the fullest, that almost wipe in ZF was a good test I thought of all of our skills lol. He needs gear bad though, I forgot what it was like to look at so many greens on my character screen, purple is so much prettier hehe. So Ill be farming instas with him for awhile to get him able to handle MC eventually:) So if anyone needs a 52ish warlock or a 60 rogue to farm for better gear(usually comes with a 60 priest too:P) let me/us know
 
That almost wipe??? That was no almost wipe, we had it from the beginning, I just needed to find a second to let you guys know to chain fear those adds. Once we started to do that, we owned it.
 
I'm sorry about coming across so harshly guys, I'm very very frustrated with this fight and I have no idea why on earth we are having such trouble with this fight.
 
Aww...you guys talk about attendance and I start feeling bad. T_T

I wish I could be anti-social and keep raiding MC with you guys but I just can't anymore with me being back at school. I know. I don't have grandma agro up here and I can't raid. -_- I just feel bad all around cuz I also have a lot of items that I took from MC raids over the Summer. Rawr. T_T
 
You guys take this stuff too seriously, but I do admit that our guild is way better at raiding then some other guilds I been with in raids. Just be careful not to push too hard, don't wanna crush the foundations of a good raid. Good luck in MC
 
Domo is hard. Really hard. you cannot mess up once at the level we currently are. We have to have a perfect fight.
 
I spent over 4 hours yesterday getting read for Domo. I made potions...I think there were probably 50 stacks. I got the DI stuff to hand out to the tanks transfered....none of whom with good attendance and needed them showed (except Sazul who had other issues to deal with). I spent even more time talking with the rogues and researching the FR gear we could make for them. Don't get me wrong, I liked doing it BUT.....

I used most of the guild potion bank supplies....most of the guild flower bank supplies....had to buy some even...

Not enough people showed up. People were losing their cool. People were not putting in 100 percent...you know who you are.

Most of the 4 hours I spent were on characters (banks) in Redeemed....and that was hard for me. I can't say I will go out of my way to that all again. If you want to take Domo down.....then you ALL need to bring potions, you ALL need to bring bandages, you ALL need to bring your regeants, arrows, bullets, you ALL need to bring your ALL....or we ALL suffer. I could raid with others...but I want to stay with the friends that I care for.....much more than I care for epics.

PS: Even after asking in raid chat and on vent for 2 weeks (I didn't bother this week) for dreamfoil to make flasks for Rag....I have yet to recieve ANY. There are obviously alot of people recieving from the team and not giving. It would be sad if we had to take all boe's or cores and sell them just to make flasks for Rag.....the boe's look better on the team.

Goblit, I honestly have never seen the request for Dreamfoil in raid chat or whatever. If you need some or a lot, I have a lot. Tell me how many you need and I can get it for you.
 
Each flask takes 30 dreamfoils. Now lets say we want to equip each person with a flask that suits their class, that will be a requirement of 30 x 40 = 1200 dreamfoil per week, plus 40x1 = 40 black lotus plus what ever the random third herb is.

You are also an alchemist, take a look at what it requires to make each rogue mongoose and agility potions, each mage\warlock arcane elixers, giants\agility for tanks, sadly, there isn't much for priests.
 
I'm also a herbalist and I had no idea the raid required all of these. You should let us know by posting on the forums what exactly you need/want for the raid.

A lot of people don't mind helping the raid out, so just let us know what you need.

I obviously don't raid that much, but I don't mind giving the guild what I have. Please don't be upset, because I kind of take it personally. I never even knew you required all of those.

edit: Please post in constructive criticism first. I can't make the raids on Friday or Saturday, otherwise I would. So I'm not much help there, but I can help gear up some people for the raid, and that's what I've been trying to do through all the dungeon runs I do/lead.

Anyway, just let the guild know what you need. We'll help out.
