Yeah, labs can go either way. That's why we went with a very good breeder and got a pure-bred. Cuts down on those pesky 'I'm so excited I accidently throw myself and my master down the stairs' incidents.

She is in great shape, we take her for walks everyday with a lot of running/playing in the backyard, and we make sure and keep watch of her diet...yeah she has a lot of puppy in her still

Yea most people around here think a fat dog looks better but it's not really good for her health. My wife happens to fall into that category she says our yellow lab Chloe is too thin and Neena is too. I put Chloe on a diet for the summer since she stays outside all the time but in the winter time I feed her more to build up a little extra body fat for those chilly nights.

I love horses to Good..I used to have 2 then one died the other year the was 32. I have one left he is an American Quarter horse named Pacific Bo Bar... Bo for short and he is 24 now. There is actually a statue of his great-great grandfather in front of the American Quarter Horse hall of fame.
I technically have two horses, we had a stray horse take up at my parents last summer.

You can't beat a dog when you have kids. 1) they clean up crumbs, that is beneath a cat. 2) Lets see a cat let a kid nap against them. 3) Dogs and kids both need lots of exercise, put them together and watch the fun. 4) Protection, need I say more?

So we found a dog we really liked, drove down to pick him up and came home. Trying to think of a name, nothing seemed cool enough or fit the dog well. He went into his crate and felt secure and then didn't wanna come back out so I said what came naturally "Don't be skurred" ... "Sazul, Don't be skurred" and Beth starts laughing and says thats it, his name is Sazul dont be skurred! Sazul or Saz for short hehe. He is a yellow lab that was part of an 11 puppy litter and he was the only one with a pink nose and the family nicknamed him porkchop because it was pink like a pig and if he was a girl it would of been Miss Piggy heh. So his official AKC registered name may end up being "Sazul dont be skurred of porkchop" or something lol. We have a few pics and I'll try to get 1 or 2 uploaded later today or tomorrow.

Interesting, search for "Sazul" in google and it brings up a youtube video and a few pages about dog's named azul and then the 6th entry is a link to Sazul's armory page and 7th entry is Sazul's dkp history in Redeemed hehe
