It is impossible to prove or disprove the existance of god. That is the brilliance of the entire thing. But athiests do not claim to 'know' that there is a god; they rather do not believe there to be enough evidence to merit believing in such an illogical being.

lol. hey dv, i do not have the time to debate with you. however if i did not have highschool and i did not have hw i would be debating with you and reading my bible all day (in addition to eating, sleeping, maybe a little bit of cs). but i cannot skip school and i do not like hw >.< yuck that was funny, when you and rithkil were talking just now. lol ^.^
 
It has gotten to the point where our personal beliefs have been challenged. I did not join these Christian forums to debate with an Athiest. I came to talk with my Christian Friends. I'll stop arguing.

The same reason I left these forums for a while when I joined! Come here to hang out with fellow christian gamers but do nothing but argue with athiests....

This is also why I set up my personal rule "No releigious discussion except on weekends"

Do you always shut down when any of your personal beliefs are challenged, or is it only with religious matters?

There is a HUGE difference between arguing and debating the issues. Why do you feel we are arguing?

We arent debating anything... there is nothing you could possibly say to sway our faith.

@ Genisis. I know God belives in me because he created me... But I guess that is as hard to prove as proving that I actually exist and am not a figment of my own imagination...

I'm not trying to sway your faith or deconvert you.

I'm just here to discuss the topics and find out WHY you believe in what you believe.

If you don't want to take part in that discussion, then it's easy not to. No one is forcing you.
 
YOu sure are by turning everything into a freaking debate. I try to talk about Morrowind but some Athiests come along and challenge my faith for playing iT!
