In my experience, anything coming from Real Labs walks the line between application and adware.
Because it can use WMAs, you can use Windows Media Player. It's not what I use (I like iTunes) but it gets the job done, and best of all, it's already on your computer.
Start up Windows Media Player, pop the CD you want to copy into your CDROM drive, and then click on the little tab that says "Copy From CD" on the left of the WMP window. Check the boxes next to the songs you want to copy, and click the "Copy Music" button in the upper right of the screen. When it's finished, find the music's location. Unless you've set it elsewhere, it will default to C:\My Documents\My Music\, or, with Windows XP, C:\Documents and Settings\[Your Username]\My Documents\My Music.
I hope this helps.
