Connection refused :(

I don't know why, but now when I try to go to the ToJ website I get the message: The connection was refused when attempting to contact www.toj.cc

I was just there last night so not sure what happened since then to make my connection refused...

Any ideas?

Guess I'm just not used to seeing a connection refused message when I try to connect to sites that are out. Usually I just get a down message or cannot connect. Almost took it personally to be "refused", hee hee.
