Doesn't look like it. 
CoD is now an annual franchise and I'd guess that most fans of the series pick up the latest game shortly after its launch and play that exclusively. The only exception might be CoD4: Modern Warfare since it was the last (to my knowledge) to support player-hosted dedicated servers.
