Ok, I will do my best to explain this game, hopefully it will jog someones memory.
I believe it was an early online game, however it's possible it was just a single player. It had very low end graphics. You started with islands in the sky, it was an overview map looking down. You built bridges one piece at a time from your islands, the point of the bridges was to get to other islands and take them over. On your bridges you could build little launcher things that would fling disks at enemy bridges/structures to destroy them and try and gain more land/area.
For the life of me I can't remember what this game was called, and I want to play it again!
