So, Civ IV is out. Warcraft has been fun, but see you all when the expansion comes out!

Seriously though, any other Civ players in the guild? I would love to do some multiplayer with you guys.
 
No time, I have to ... ah ... level another 60 ... maybe ...

Actually haven't played Civ since 2 and wasn't overly impressed. Now the next expansion for HL2 has been released today so time to fire up old steam and let the games begin.
 
oooohh me me me...I love Civilization!! hmmm maybe this is what I need to put on my Christmas/birthday wish list...either that or a new washing machine and dryer :)
 
put the game on your list - my wife says the worst gift i can give her is something that isn't for her anyways...appliances are for the house. teehee! (hope i'm not getting hawk in any trouble here!)
 
I used to think that way too!! However, now with 8 kids and approx 18+ loads of laundry a week the washer and dryer are definately a GIFT for ME...they would help me to have more time for recreation rather than the endless stair climbing that is involved in trying to manage my laundry pile. I can't think of any "thing" that I still want after 15 years of birthdays, Christmases, anniversarys, mother's days etc...so I'm looking to expand to "luxuries" that will make my life easier or better :)...like a new washer and dryer or Civ III :)
 
I just got the game yesterday. I'd be up for some multiplayer, once I have a couple games under my belt.
 
Awesome! I haven't had a chance to play it that much, and I was never really that good at Civ III, but I think it would be a lot of fun to have an ally in a multiplayer game. Another country I can actually trust!
