Change of decision

I've talked to Tek7, and the need for SC chapter to run and such. He's convinced me enough to stay in ToJ, and i'm givin ToJ a second chance between ToJ and 3R, on behalf of Tek7. I'm hoping this will work out, but if it doesn't, i will step away from this all.
