Hey guys...I'm sorry I haven't posted in a while concerning the CGA conference. Things have been rather busy for me as I have been moving and I literally just got my internet back yesterday. My keyboard is in my lap as we speak to let you know I don't even have my furniture set up quite yet..
As far as the convention is concerned things are good on this end..everything has been finalized and Tek asked me to provide a list of expenditures for everyone to know what they are paying for specifically. So here goes:
1. Hotel stay = $60 for two nights with bunk buddy
2. Food = $8 per meal catered (breakfast, lunch, and dinner\$60 total cost)
3. Activities = Celebration station package + LAN party $32
4. Meeting room = Free w\catering done through C.S.
5. Transportation = Free with Hotel stay
6. $8 overage on cost for any added expenditures (flyers, equipment, etc.)
Total cost = $160
Hope that helps everyone to know what they are paying for. I'll keep in touch with what's going on in the "Tulsa pocket" as far as advertising here for the convention! ^-^ Be on the lookout for more updates and be sure to sign up if you haven't already. And tell your other ToJ'rs, Tribforce members, etc. that they should come!! It'll be a blast!!
