Car got impounded.

Yep... apparently with school ending for the summer, moms marriage and other random drama I have not been paying my bill and a cop found out tonight.

The result of me trying to get something quick to eat at McDonalds resulted in me walking home with two yellow sheets of paper, losing my car and losing my appetite.

This is very frustrating as my mom told me she had been paying my bill for me while school was wrapping up when in reality she had only been paying her own (she thought we were on the same plan).

Sigh.

I'm getting my car back tomorrow, but the increased rate I inherited requires help.

I got my car back yesterday after paying the towing company/impound yard $135.

Now I just have the court to deal with.

/prayer for ya brother

God's been making me face alot of my shortcomings this week, and this morning I opened up my bible at random hoping for his word to help and this is what it opened to.

Psalm 121
I lift up my eyes to the hills - where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.

I know personally I seem to have lost sight of this, not sure if this helps, but I know you're a great guy and something good's gotta come out of this.

When I was in school, my car was stolen by a dishonest auto repair shop who tried to force me to pay a bill I could not affort. I was without a car for over 3 years. God took care of me through all of that including getting me a job within walking distance. I pray that God will get your car back from you and if he does not that he will provide other means of transportation.

Update:

The court date is the 20th... 9 days away (I'm totally not counting) (I'm totally being sarcastic).

I'm pretty nervous.

Help me calm down :P

Pray that the fine isn't too high :P
