Can someone explain new talent trees?

Apparently we only get 41 points now? How does that work while you're leveling, only get 1 point ever few levels?

So confused.

1 point per 2 levels I believe, otherwise your talent trees would be maaaad long.

Yah and you have to pick your "main" spec first. And must use points up to the last true to continue to another tree.

Your main spec tree requires a minimal of 31 points then its free game..
