yea I guess I should call again, I'll do it tomorrow got the day off work. I hate talking to customer support on the phone, its not alot of fun.

Oh yea to get Corp upset since I had better ping than him the other day I'm using Lite speed right now.
And the funny story is, a couple years ago when we first got it I dled a 8mb fime in 1min whih was crazy if u look at what u're supposed to get from lite speed. I remember seeing the rate of dl increase like crazy and all of a sudden I had the file. I guess its part of the randomness of cable, but my friend still doesn't believe it really happened.
