There are 4 ninjas in the world that can surf extremely well. These brothers are also known to be viciously skilled despite being heavy, large, and cumbersome mutant turtles. They would be able to overtake and destroy any pirate vessel, as long as they were bribed with pizza.

I also think that one of them leads, one of them does machines, one is cool but rude, and one is a party dude. I'd like to see a crew of four pirates with that varied of a skillset.
