In order to start a Brink chapter, we'll need, at a minimum, a member in good standing to volunteer to lead the chapter. I'd prefer to have a Server Operator join chapter staff as soon as the chapter is formed or shortly thereafter.
This is all assuming that there will be sufficient interest to start a chapter and enough members willing to donate toward renting a server, of course.
