Note the below guns represent the creme del la creme of having thrown away dozens of legendary guns. The levels on some aren't displayed correct either as I had them equipped when taking the screenshot which lowers the displayed level. No hacks where used to get these guns either.
Cuts through Crimson Guard like butter. I like revolvers best so either this or the masher below is my favorite gun.
1715 damage per trigger pull. Double if Mordicai's Gun Crazy skill takes effect making it 3430 damage

Just fun with the extreme fire rate the below shotguns are better in general.
Works well on Crimson Guard like the Defiler does.
My best general usage shotgun. I've had higher dps ones but this is more balanced stat wise and has 20 shots.
I've got a sniper rifle collection but this is the best one by far.
It's too low in level now but this is the only really good machine gun I've found. Machine guns come in two basic types the "small clip, with scope, lousy lurching semi-auto fire and high attack power" and "large clip, no scope, full-auto and poor accuracy" . Typically either can be marginal but neither is great as the former lends it to midrange sniping and the latter is only good for close range. However only a few times in game and did I get a drop that had both a large clip, full auto fire and scope. Of those only this one had the stats to make it both accurate and powerful. The above is about the 6th version of that gun I've had and the best gun I've gotten in the game hands down. It does everything but kill flame enemies well.
I've got guns and mods that give me ammo regen on everything but rocket launchers. I also have high level collections of all Mordicai's mods, several revolver Equalizers, Eridian weapons and rocket launchers. I am still want a better shield though. I second wind to easily when trying to build up my experience with lame-o Eridian weapons and rocket launchers.
