Borderlands 2 (redux)

So all games old are new again and with the recent sales on Borderlands 2, I'm guessing a few of you picked it up on the cheap. I'd wager that many others that already owned the game would be willing to boot it back up to play with us n00bs (but I'm not a gambling man, so I don't wager).

I received the game as my Christmas gift from Elihu (thank you again, Elihu! :D) and I'll be looking to start it in earnest after I get my PC upgrades installed. I've played the first 30 minutes or so but I'm planning on waiting to play the campaign with others as co-op is where it's at.

Who else is looking to play BL2 with other friendly folk?

I picked it up, playing together with my two brothers (offline mind you). I am enjoying it very very much! We have a party of Salvador, Zer0, and Gaige (Mechromancer), about level 20~. I'd be up for playing online in the very near future with a different character (maybe Gaige or Axton), would love to see how difficult 4 players would be. :D

Still hoping to find a group to play with rather than play solo.

PS3 or pc? Me and my wife love playing the ps3 version together :D

Have the game. Love the game. Haven't played lately. As long as I maintain the option of turning down the request (pending current circumstance and gaming mood), feel free to ask me to join any time. :) I got a little ways in, but still had a ton to do.

Such a fun game, too. :o

FYI or so: to open the chest in Sanctuary, you need Golden Keys, which can be acquired via Shift Codes primarily released on the Gearbox's twitter feed. I have about 35 keys to use thus far (waiting for lvl 50). I just don't play BL2 that much anymore plus my Xbox disc drive is dying, again :)

So I still haven't started Borderlands 2 with a group (and I'd rather play co-op than solo). I know getting 4 people together to play the same game at the same time AND find people with characters around the same level and/or point in the campaign is difficult, but I'd still like to try.

Of course, I still play in Tribe of Judah's TF2sday and Natural Selection 2 Thursday game nights (and occasionally Unreal Monday as well) and I try to play Guild Wars 2 with my wife when the opportunity arises, so...I'm not sure what days and times would be best for me to play.

Maybe Friday nights?

I am a borderlands 2 player. I have both xbox and PC. On PC the only thing I do not have is Krieg. So if there is anyone playing I would love to play together.

I'd be up for playing Co-op with someone on Friday if I can manage to get on. I'm sorta in the process of moving... so it may not happen.

I have the PC version of course... the only version to get for an FPS... ;D

I haven't don't much with ToJ ppl, but if you add me on Steam I'd love to play BL2 with anyone sometime. I try to play with my buddy and cousin when we all have time off. I'm Gelvelik on Steam as well, I think

I think you do Ewoks, I've seen you on it. My steam name is Ozi by the way. :)

Edit: I don't think I'll be on this week. I'm going for the GA interview tomorrow and once I know whether I have it or not, then I will get either nice internet, or cheap internet. But for the moment I've got my pc tethered to my phone and it's working, but only just.

Bump. I was going to post something in the "New Games" thread, but after a quick search, I found that this thread is exactly what I was looking for...a "LFG Borderlands2 Coop" post. I too have a copy of BL2 (Steam/PC), but haven't had anyone to play with. If anyone is still looking for a group, give me a shout. My "normal" gaming hours are between 9pm and 1am Eastern Mon-Fri (that's 6pm-10pm Pacific). Steam name is "JGouldie", same as here. I lurk on TS, mostly playing Minecraft or GW2, but "variety is the spice of life" ... or somethin' ...

Bumpity bump bump bump.

I've made it as far as The Soaring Dragon but I get the impression the game isn't nearly as fun as it could be with more players.
