Booyah's Lag: Proof in concept

Some of y'all may have noticed my 200+ ping and seen the 30% packet loss I have been getting. It is horrible. I went to one of the sites that tests your speed, and I registered 9Kbs. NINE. NOT EVEN A 56K!

My xDSL was installed in my appartment this Wed, but the phone lines in my appartment are currently off.

This will be fixed friday morning/afternoon. Remember I live in Clemson, SC and am not far away from the server. 300+ pings are plain sad.

I have screenshots to show you guys the horror, but my internet got so bad today that it would not load webpages. Ergo, I am posting this from School.

There will be some Awping at toj This weekend, Even if I have to bring my labtop to school. Be ready :O
 
winners dont use DSL/Cable :p

Ive managed to retain a half decent score with my ghettonet and UK-USA ultimate lagfest.. It would be nice to have a 20 ping and no choke/packetloss/etc...

Ah i can dream... :rolleyes:

...the lag kills me but its also a good thing! once ur on teh server..you see your opponents move so smoothly and then when they try to shoot u its almost impossible cause ur teleporting all over the place (lag)
 
Yet, other people can still move with ping at 999...... :confused:

I got stuck when it lagged, that I died 50 feet away from my original spawn point... :mad:
