I can make the boots. I'm sure there are others in the guild who can make them also. You should be able to spam trade for Primordial Saronites for 400g or less .

I just bought primordial saronite for 260g a piece last night and it was on the AH for 295 buyout, just keeps dropping the closer to Cata we get
