Bible Study Resources

Hi, I thought I would share some of the online bible study resources I use, and maybe others might have some of their own to share too.

Currently I get my daily Bible reading delivered to my inbox each morning by groups.yahoo.com/group/Bible-Reading

I also have a homepage at igoogle.com which offers a few themes featuring Jesus and many different community-developed Bible study modules as well as other useful tools.

I also get the "Bible Minute" by email each day from bibleminute.org, which is a subaffiliate of backtothebible.com. They have a daily radio show with archives available, and mail out free Bible studies to people on request.

And of course I just subscribed to the new Verse of the Day forum offered here :)

this is cool, i like the thread idea.

im pretty old school and like to read actual books like:

Books... I remember those... I might even still have some lying around but finding the time to read them is another matter. These days for the most part I am having to wake up way early to get my God-time in before the rest of the family wakes and sitting at the computer to read reduces the chances of falling back asleep again.

Thanks for the link though! I will check that out and I'm sure there are other "old school" folks out there who appreciate it too. I purposely didn't title the thread 'Online' resources because I'd like to see anything anyone finds helpful in their walk with the Lord :)

haha, yeah i can understand that, now that i think about it i shouldt say old school but more traditional. old school makes me sound old and not many folks here can be classified that way lol.

Here are some more:

And thanks for your additions, too, CHL :)
Edit: In looking back over your links after posting this, I saw the e-sword.net had an option for getting a nice CD package of lots of their resources for a $15 or more donation which might make a really nice and eternally worthwhile Christmas gift for anyone still shopping. I think I will be getting a couple myself!

I can confirm that e-sword is indeed an awesome and very helpful program.
