You can get a beta key if you pre-order from amazon currently. I have heard there are other places that you can get a beta key for pre-ordering, but you do NOT get one for pre-ordering from Blizzard.
 
I had no clue what you were talking about.... then I looked at the forum. Heart of the Swarm.

:) ALWAYS pre-order from amazon... not blizzard.
