I couldn't exactly find the EULA...but I did read through the Read-Me and found nothing that bothered me...what are you referring to, because against better judgment I ignored my K9 filter warning, because I knew popcap to be legit, and I installed this on my my computer... >_> ...I need to know if I need to uninstall it...

When I ran the Bejeweled 2 installer executable, the Terms of Service or EULA (I forget which it was called) included a hyperlink to the section about information collecting and transmission. The program behavior sounded uncomfortably close to adware or spyware, so I decided to skip it.

Whenever you close the game a window pops up with a link to popcap's website asking if you want to buy more of their games, and a shortcut is created when you install which is also a link to their website.
