Bad Company 2: Removal of Steam SecuROM DRM

Well, it's about stinkin' time. Shouldn't have had SecuROM tacked onto a Steam release in the first place. Still, good news for people like me who aren't willing to put their computer at risk for one game.

Unfortunately, I'm still unemployed and my computer still isn't up to running the game at a respectable framerate. But I wish the rest of you the best. Now when Tribe of Judah forms a Battlefield Series Chapter, I can do it entirely guilt-free.

It seems to me like EA may finally be starting to realize that if you treat your customers right good things happen. My opinion of EA is definitely improving. They still have a long way to go, but they definitely are improving.

I remember when they were a good company... and when they actually spelled out their name on game titles. :D
