Back online after outage (Nov. 19, 2016)

We're back!

My wife noticed this morning around 6:45 a.m. that the forums were down.

I'll save the full record of events for another time (or maybe a chat on our Discord server), but I am very pleased and relieved to say that the CGA Forums and TeamSpeak 3 server are back online!

Huzzah!

Thank you all for your patience. Today served as a very uncomfortable reminder of the urgency of off-site backups, so I'll be working to establish an automated off-site daily backup before the weekend ends. If any long-time community members have a server we can use for the purpose, please contact me by private message.

Thank you all for your patience. Today served as a very uncomfortable reminder of the urgency of off-site backups, so I'll be working to establish an automated off-site daily backup before the weekend ends.

I still plan on working on this soon, but I downloaded a copy of yesterday's daily backup to my laptop and I plan on playing Overwatch for at least a short while before the free weekend event is over.

I may still have time to set up an off-site backup tonight, but it may be a more involved project requiring a few hours of available time.
