There are lots of peope who need to get this done, or started. I myself am at the stage where I need to go to UBRS. I'm up to helping people start this, continue or complete this series of quests.

I'd love to get this on with. So far I need to get the "Crumpled up Note" off of a mob in BRD. I would love to help anyone who needs to get started from the beginning of it to. Count me in if im on at the time

Jaz, Pro, Seeker and young are at a point where they will need a Tank and a healer to get them through the BRD parts of the quest now.

what is the min lvl for that getting keyed quest?

I think you can start the "Dragonkin Menace" at 54. Samuraij and I just helped Fjorboug (Elihu) do that part of the quest and he is 55.
