CCGR's new site http://linux.ccgr.org (the url will change when complete) is in need of a new banner. Anyone wanna take a shot at making a new banner? Check out the color scheme. I believe the dimensions would be 700x100

We may merge the console and computer games so maybe Christian Game Reviews, just spouting out ideas....all input is welcome
 
Got the hex for those colours? or a screen capture.. then i will have a banner for you by the end of the day.

What do you want on it? Text etc..

27k is as small as i could get it using 128 colours with 100% dither.
 
Since you'll be offering more than reviews, why not take off the review part too?

I was thinking that since christiangamer.org isn't being used anymore Cgamer might donate it.

Like I said, it's just a rough first draft. If it was going in the header it would be a lot more stylized.
 
It would be just in the left hand corner of the banner, kinda like gamespy's. The rest could a picture or whatever fits.
 
it's a very cool logo BlazeQ but I can't take what isn't given....I don't want to associate with christiangamer.org unless we aquire the domain....
 
I've actually been wanting a new banner for my xbox site ever since I created the site. Unfortunatley my experience with Photoshop is extremely limited. If someone wants to make one for me, I'll let you. ;)

I would even give that person the credit for it.

Hmm, so's you don't don't have to change the abbreviation, how about:
Crazy Christian Game Reviews (couldn't think of any other 'C' words)
or Christ Centered Game Reviews

Since CCGR will be hosting downloads and serving news as well you could change Reviews to Resources:

If you really /had/ to change it.. i would find a good word beginning with C to go before christian game reviews... I dunno.. like Comprehensive or something.. English isnt my main strength.
