Woot! Got one off of MC the other night. one of my more exciting 'aquirements'. Now, the reason for this thread :

Does anyone have any advice on working through those four bad dudes I have to kill? I have read up a little on it, but wow, it seems awfull tricky. Looks like I will be spending a decent amount of time working on world aquireable buffs. I am aware that the crystals in Un'Goro are usable to make such things, but am not sure which ones make what. I have done the pre-quests for those, but could someone give me a run-down on the usefull ones pls?

Also, anyone have any interest in killing the world boss in Azsharza? (big dragon). I hear it takes about 20 or a few more to bring down, but drops a Blue Dragon Sinew 50% of the time. (also a lot of BOE blues)

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

w00t!! that is awesome man, the epic hunter quest, there is piles of data and methods, your best method is in the hunter forum. Please note, you can not be assisted in doing this, the most we can offer you is helping let others know not to touch your demon or keeping roaming spawns cleared for you. I would be happy to hang with you while you do it.

other buffs you can pick up are the collection quests in the blasted lands...you collect 10 or 15 items from 2 different types of mobs, and they can be turned in to get a +50 effect that lasts 1 hr.

I don't remember much of the specifics... I did these quests a LONG time ago (once upon a time with my hunter on another server)

There's a good guide over at www.tkasomething.com. I've also seen complete videos of people downing various of those bosses. There's always one sting that they have a weakness for, so as long as you know what the trick is, and are comfortable kiting, they say it's not hard. I guess you'll find out! I would definitely be willing to do mob-clearing duty.

Thanks for the information and helpfull offers all.

I have read up on this, and it does look like an interesting (and fun!) challenge. I will be attempting to work my way through this during the week of 22-May, as I will have a little more play time during that week (business trip). I will keep you all informed (here or on-line) as to how it is working out.
