I have been reading "Grace Happens: Stories of Everyday Encounters with Grace" by Bob Libby, and came across the following quote within it which I thought was so encouraging and applicable to Christian life that it should be shared:
"As we pass from experience to some experiment, from a tried to an untried scene of life, it is as when we turn to a new page in a book we have never read before, but whose author we know and love and trust to give us on every page words of counsel and purity and strengthening virtue." -- Phillips Brooks
