All Set!

I added my factions key this morning.

We'll be camping this week during the factions release, but we'll be doing our test run of the RV at a place that offers Wifi access. Hopefull this will provide a decent connection within the RV itself, so I don't have to sit in the clubhouse.

And if anyone HAPPENS to want to visit the underworld to help Jana get a spider.... I'll be all for that too! Otherwise, after this week I'll probably give up and start training a pet the old fashioned way.

Camping and gaming? That's the best of both worlds! Yay! (Yes, I took my iPod on my last camping trip...and the charger...and my GBA SP...)

Have fun!

LOL...Isnt the point of camping to get away from everything? :D

Well, there was this really, really loud family that believed drunken four-wheelin' at three am was a family sport. And the really, really loud guy in the next campsite who had half-drunk fights with his girlfriend on his cell phone, leaving his eight-year-old to set up the tent alone. (He tried so hard, too.) And the people setting off fireworks at two am.

So you see, I WAS getting away from it all: from all the other people's noise!

Plus, it was fun to play video games during the afternoon "nap time." Why do those stop after kindergarten, anyway?

Laptop, smart-phone, cellular signal. You can game on-line anywhere. Although driven down the highway doesn't work too well. I think that's cause you're constantly switching cell towers.

A REAL Man takes nothing but his bare hands and his impecible reflexes to go camping. Now THAT is hardcore!
Never claimed to be a real man, and never wanted to be! :D

A real woman camps however she feels like at the time, and laughs at people who camp a certain way for the approval of others, and not because they want to camp like that! :p

well, okay, I'll allow a flamethrower as a cooking aid/fire starter.

Oh! Oh! I want a flamethrower, too! I'll even modify my own disposable lighter for it. I love do-it-yourself projects!

If you want to "rough it," you could just take a can of aerosol hairspray and a lighter...

Disclaimer: DON'T TRY THE HAIRSPRAY TRICK! It's a wonder my friends and I didn't kill ourselves...

Ah, its not about what you bring, it's about when you go. Try tent camping in the woods while a hurricane moves inland and a flash flood warning is issued for the county your campsite is in. True story.
