It does too say God loves all men. 1 Timothy 2:3-4 "This is good and pleases God our saviour who wants all men to be saved and come to a knowledge of the truth." Again I say as well god is love.
 
i think you need to look a tiny bit closer at that scripture....it says "Who will have all men to be saved,"
It does not say "all men will be saved"
What you are looking for is "Who will have all men saved."
That is not recorded anywhere in the Holy Bible.
IT does say God would have all men to be saved that can be saved, and that PREDETERMINED.
But you who do not know the difference between men like Saul predestinated to salvation and Adolf Hitler, might better pray for the both until you can BY THE SPIRIT TELL THE DIFFERENCE.
And then why would RETURNING TO THE TRUTHE BENEFIT THEM?
EASY...JESUS CAME TO SAVE THE SOUL FROM DEATH.
AND SO IF THEY KEPT His SAYINGS, THEY WOULD NOT MEET DEATH, THEY COULD BE TRANSLATED AND NOT SLEEP.
IN THIS WHOLE CHAPTER, PAUL IS SPEAKING ONLY ABOUT THE PREDESTINATED CHILDREN OF GOd, ESPECIALLY THOSE NOT KEEPING ALL THE SAYINGS OF JESUS AND THUS WILL SLEEP IN THE EARTH.
THERE IS A BETTER WAY:TRANSLATION. AMEN
By the way, the word LOVE is not mentioned anywhere in this chapter.
And Paul can not make Paul to be a liar.
Paul has already "popped" the cork on PREDESTINATION.

it perhaps have been easy for The LORD GOd to have even one man record GOd LOVES ALL MEN WITHOUT EXCEPTION:ON EARTH, but it is NOT SO RECORDED. AMEN
 
What i do with all men, none excluded is pray for them all, no exceptions, because i have not had a chance to personally speak to all of them.
But when i do speak to more of them and see who can utter JESUS IS THE LORD, then i do not have to pray so hard for that one(they are Predestinated)and instead take that pray time and devote it to those i have not spoken to.
For surely i will not be able to speak to all men.
And if i would that men be saved from the death of the soul, then what better way to encourage them than to do all things Jesus would that i do to win TRANSLATION FOR myself.
And when other predestinated men have seen that strange thing, then how much harder will they strive to keep the sayings of Jesus and WIN THE SAME. AMEN
