hahaha, its so true it's sad.

They really need to have a penalty for people making stupid cases, make em pay the defense's fees if they loose the case.
 
It'd be much easier for all concerned if the judge just throws the case out. Apparently our judiciary can't figure out what a frivolous lawsuit is these days..

We need desperately to go to the loser pays system. You loose the case, you pay ALL court and lawyers fees involved. I bet that would slow all this nonsense down.
 
or from the Justice League, the lawyers have the same fate as their clients if they lose, which most of the time is death
