I need to address an issue that is coming up.
There seem to be some people that want to choose who they raid with and refuse to be on different teams.
This is an attitude that the current officer core finds unacceptable.
We will not tolerate people who want to raid only with a certian group of people. This will cause "cliques" and unhealthy groups.
If you are not mature enough to put aside your personal differences for a few hours for the sake of the team and the guild then you will not be raiding that night or possibly that week.
The officer core and the raid leaders are doing a great deal of hard work to make sure as many people as possible get a chance to raid. Attitudes, such as, "I don't like them so I won't raid with them", will not be accepted.
As a group of Christians, we are commanded by Christ to love each other and do our best to get along with one another. As Paul wrote in the book of Ephesians, "we should each look to the interest of others before ourselves. Taking on the attitude of Christ Jesus Himself".
