This is something that came to me while I was in prayer this morning.
THis is not a guilt trip or anything, more of a curiosity thing. How much time do you honestly spend in prayer? Not counting meals, church or the prayer before you fall asleep. I mean "real" prayer, the stuff where you get down on your knees and just pray and spend time with God.

Most of my Christian life I have contemplated this verse:

Pray without ceasing. I Thessalonians 5:17

I wanted to share this book with you; there is also a MP3 in which to listen. http://www.ccel.org/ccel/lawrence/practice.html
I think it is one of the greatest tutorials, by an exemplified life, on how to practice living a life that never ceases to pray. It is honest and lets you know that it is a difficult discipline. After reading this short book, the thought came to me that my first thing said in the morning should be something to the effect of a beginning prayer. Then, when retiring at night comes the, "In Jesus Name I pray, amen!"
