A list of updated mods that use Ace

Came across this site today. I found it handy for the some of the most recently updated mods I use. Also, I saw a mod listed for Fubar that lets you know who is speaking on teamspeak/vent. I have a G15 keyboard, so I don't need this, but if someone tries it, let me know if it works:)

I use many of the ace downloads and almost exclusively so on my laptop which is short on hardware resources. What I didn't know about the ace downloads until recently is that you can keep them current with the WowAce Updater. Once you have your WowAce mods set up just run the updater every day to keep them current. The updater can be found at http://sourceforge.net/projects/wowaceupdater
 
what he said :) It works wonders. My only complaint is how often (lately) the updated needs updating itself.
 
Hey, didn't I see Esua running around with a level 70 tagged to him? May be time for a sig update. ;P Although in your defense, the link is good. :)
 
for some reason, I can't get the updater to work for me. It comes up, does a version check, and then hangs there indefinitely. *sad*
 
I don't think so - it checks the internet for the version, sees when the updater itself needs updated, but then stops. I have my firewall set to display a popup asking for permission if it's needed. The program comes and asks for permission long before the version check completes, and it never asks again. And for reference, I approve the internet access :)
 
Another possibility would be your antivirus program. Mine also watches for registry changes and sometimes I miss it asking if I will allow it to make that change and it messes up whatever program I have recently installed or am installing.
