A few general questions...

1. When you (or an enemy) has a stack of hexes on them, and you do something to remove a hex, which one goes? First in, first out, or first in, last out?

2. Anybody else have trouble selling things in game? I got all these excess runes that I can't even give away it seems.

3. Is it me or are Warrior runes in short supply? I've harvested more than enough Ranger runes to cover 3 or 4 characters. Managed to get some other runes that were actually for my class type, but I have yet to see a single warrior rune.

I have noticed an unusual weighting in the drop rate of runes too. I never seem to have trouble getting minor ranger runes, but warrior do seem to be slightly less common to me. It's probably all random though. As for selling them. Once you get up to a point in the game, buying a minor rune from the rune trader usually only costs 100g and is worth it not to lug a few around waiting for the right time to apply them. Major runes don't get used much because most people would rather go for +3 on an attribute instead of +2 for only 25 more health penelty. With the exception of a few, (major vigor and absorbtion), most major runes are as worthless to the rune trader as minor runes. In fact, I usually sell to the merchant because they will sell for more.

If you need a particular warrior rune, please post it in this thread, maybe somone in the guild can supply one if they have it. I think I have saved 1 or 2 for a pre-sear character I deleted to keep a PvP slot open.

As for hexes/enchants, I believe it is last on/first off.

EDIT: Fount this on Guildwiki.org. It seems to support last on/first off for hexes.

I dunno, warrior runes aren't that hard to find. I mean, my warrior is totally runed out; head to toe. only have a minor axe and major hammer, tho.
lotta necro ones, I've noticed, too.

So you're saying that it's better to sell your runes to the merchant instead of trying to find a buyer on the open market?

usually yes. also instead of salvaging them out a lot of time they are worth more un- slavaged just check the Rune price and what the merch will give you.

The right buyer for the right rune at the right time could be worth more, but the rune trader is the guideline I go by. If you can buy the same rune for 100g at the rune trader, they will likely only give you 10g if you sell it. You could probably spam the trade channel and eventually find someone willing to pay more than the 20-40g that a merchant will likely give you, but to me, it's not worth the effort for the small diference in price when I could better spend the time gaining experience and more drops/gold.

Sorry, it's worth *more* if it's been unsalvaged??? So if you find a rune of minor marksmanship (all I seem to pull from drops it seems) in a dwarven armor or something, it worth more to sell it to a merchant as a whole rather than salvage it?

The only time I salvage stuff anymore is if I specifcally want the rune (or other upgrade) or am after craft items.

Beyond that, it goes to the merchant.

I'm not postive, but I'm pretty sure it's Stack based, [first in, last out], because I heard strategies of hex spamming with Parasitic Bond(health degen 1 and heals caster after hex ends), by putting it on the end to both keep the other hexes safe and to heal the caster earlier.
